Dance Fest Novi Sad International Competition is an annual international dance event held in Novi Sad, Serbia. It gathers dancers, choreographers, and academies from around the world to compete and showcase diverse dance styles. The festival promotes cultural exchange, creativity, and artistic excellence within the performing arts.

Refilwe competed against dancers from 15 countries and delivered exceptional performances across multiple categories:

  • HHMZ Team – Hip Hop Flashmob: 1st Place
  • HHMZ Team – Open “Why Not Pt. 2”: 1st Place
  • HHMZ Duet – Open “Eyes Closed”: 1st Place
  • HHMZ Anthem – Open Solo: 4th Place

These results reflect her discipline, commitment, and passion for dance. They also highlight the standard of talent developed within our school community.

Refilwe represented her team and her country with confidence and distinction on an international stage. We congratulate her on a remarkable achievement and look forward to her continued success.

From the SLC

Student life on Campus at BIC is unique. With the increasingly flexible timetable as students progress through our College, our student body have control over their time while on Campus.

We have a Student Recreation “Rec” Room with canteen where cooked meals and snacks can be purchased.

Students have level-specific areas where they can engage with their peers between classes. Student can interact with peers from other levels on our basketball and badminton courts in our gardens, or play pool in the Rec Room.

The student body is led by our Student Liaison Council (SLC) each year. The SLC assist in planning student events throughout the year. These events are specialised for each level providing age-appropriate activities. Shared school events are also arranged where all levels interact.
