Enrolling at BIC

Enrolling at BIC follows a process to ensure students are correctly placed at a Level that best supports their academic ability. 

The first step to enrolling is to Request an Interview with one of our administration staff. During the interview, we explain in more detail BIC’s education approach and discuss the future pathway of prospective students. All enrolment documents and requirements are explained and provided, with the interview concluding with a tour of our Campus. 

Documents required for enrolment: 

  • South African ID or Passport of at least two Parents/Guardians 
  • South African ID or Passport of person responsible for account (if not parent/guardian) 
  • South African ID/Passport/Birth Certificate of prospective student 
  • IQ test report from a registered education psychologist 
  • Latest school report 
  • Completed and signed BIC Application Form* 
  • Completed and signed BIC Subject Choice Form* 
  • Code of Good Conduct signed by both student and parent/guardian* 
  • Minimum initial payment (deductible from tuition fees payable) 

 * Documents provided during the scheduled interview 

Once successfully enrolled at BIC, both student and parent will have access to our Online Student Services (OSS) and Online Parent Services (OPS) Portal respectively. 

Did you know? 

British International Colleges and School have a Student Portal and a Parent Portal! By having two separate platforms, students can focus on their academics, while other admin can be managed by parents.
