British International Colleges and Schools
About British International College
Founded in 1993, British International College aimed to create a learning environment for the brightest and the best, using the most prestigious internationally recognised curriculum.
Originally, BIC was a sixth-form College offering only A Levels. After great academic innovation, with the evidence of its A Level Students achieve fantastic results, BIC expanded to offer O Levels and IGCSE. The expansion to include the lower secondary courses completed the high school experience with classes for Junior High students beginning their journey through secondary education.
We aim to work with our students in supporting them becoming the brightest and the best that they can be. Our academically focused daily programme helps students perform well in the classroom, while our personalised lifestyle programmes supports students become excellent function adults in a fast-progressing society. Students have a more relaxed dress code which helps them remain comfortable while on Campus.
BIC offers excursions and events that are culturally, academically, and socially supported. Here, our students are free to engage and interact outside school campus and be exposed to new experiences. Some of our Levels have planned camps to further encourage students to try something new and expand their interests.
Our beautiful Campus is located in Bryanston, close to the N1 highway, making it easily accessible to students from all areas in the Johannesburg region. We are also just down the road from a Gautrain bus stop so students commuting from afar have various transport options.
BIC is a registered Cambridge Exam Centre (ZA057). Our students are able to write all their exams, both internal and Cambridge, right here on Campus.
